The compact design provides more space in the training room with maximum effectiveness. The EXPs replace up to 16 conventional pairs of dumbbells.

Each PowerBlock EXP system dumbbell has two removable additional weights in the handle of 1 kg each for extra fine weight adjustment. In no time at all, 10 kg becomes 9 kg or 8 kg dumbbell weight. The EXP models also have two removable cores in the handle, each weighing 1 kg. So you can reach your optimal training weight even better.
