General terms and conditions to the utilization of the media-database of Ludwig Artzt GmbH

1. General
All pictures, texts and videos in the online database of Ludwig Artzt GmbH are protected. The extensive copyrights are owned by the artist and Ludwig Artzt GmbH. These terms are accepted with the download or copy of the first file.

2. Rights of use
All data may be used as a loan, non-exclusive and non-transferable. No transfer to use for third parties is permitted. After application the materials cannot be archived in own mediadatabases.
No misuse, discrimination or misappropriation allowed.

3. Copyright-note
With each form of application, each media must be identified with the copyright-note “©Ludwig Artzt GmbH". The use of the material is allowed in relation to the name of the shown original product only. The product name may be mentioned directly with the published photo, on the corresponding page or in a masthead. In case of a resale of the products, all media may be used when products are purchased at Artzt®.
